The Business Office serves all of the community, and is the center for all student financial transactions during a student’s enrollment at Washington County Community College. This is where students pay tuition, collect history of accounts, and, if applicable, pick up refunds and paychecks.

Academic Year Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday 8 a.m.–7: p.m.

How and When to Pay Your Bill |
|
Enrolled students are billed by semester for tuition, housing, and fees. Bills are payable in full by the first day of class. Failure to pay a bill within the designated time period may keep a student from future registration. Payment of tuition, housing, and fees may be made at the WCCC Business Office or mailed to: Washington County Community College Attention: Linda Winchester One College Drive Calais, ME 04619
Payment may be paid with cash, personal check, money order, VISA, Master Card, Discover Card, or by a sponsoring agency. A thirty-dollar ($30) fee will be charged for all returned checks. |

Students who officially withdraw (for any reason) before semester is completed will be refunded tuition and dormitory charges as follows: - 80% refund within 10 academic days of the semester start date.
- 50% refund within 11-20 academic days of the semester start date.
- Other refund schedules may apply in accordance with federal regulations.
