Charges for housing are prorated for longer or shorter programs and/or semesters. Typical fall/spring semester charges are shown in the table below. All residential students must maintain full-time status to reside on campus.

$785 per semester (Fall and Spring only). All on-campus residences hall students are required to purchase a meal plan. A variety of delicious and healthy meal options. Hot and cold breakfast items are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 10:30am; Lunch service starts at 11:00 am and continues until closed, Monday through Friday. A limited menu is offered on Fridays. Unused meal plan balances are forfeited if not used in the semester for which they are billed.
Internet Access Fee
A mandatory, non-refundable, $50 Internet access fee is charged during the fall and spring semesters; $20 for the summer semester to all students living in the resident halls. This fee supports computer services and provides in-room Internet access and e-mail.
Cable Television Fee
The college provides basic cable television service to each individual apartment-style unit and the dormitory lounge. A mandatory, non-refundable, $25 fee is charged in the fall and spring semesters; a $10 fee for the summer semester is used to cover the service provider fees to the college. The fee is non-refundable.
Room & Security Deposit
The $150 refundable security deposit is held until the end of the academic year. In the event of unpaid damages to the resident unit or unmet financial obligations, the security deposit will be used to pay for the cost of damages.
Any damage or cleaning charges assessed as a result of housing inspections will be calculated and invoiced, and it must be paid within seven days of invoice date.
