Washington County Community College Division of Workforce and Professional Development offers a wide range of professional development opportunities in the areas of leadership, computer literacy, communication, and human resources. Courses and workshops are offered with flexibility and affordability.  Live webinars, online, and in-person opportunities for networking are available.

WCCC is also growing its Organizational Development catalog to offer businesses, corporations, and organizations opportunities to grow together.  Options are many and courses can be held onsite, on campus, online, hybrid, or in retreat modality and can include leadership, team building, high performance workplace, and communication.

In partnership with WCCC’s Outdoor Adventure Center, we can offer work teams a dynamic experience incorporating challenges courses with our high and low ropes, climbing wall or zip line, as well as outing adventures with expedition hiking, canoeing, kayaking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing,  mountain biking, or sailing.  Sitting on 400 acres abutting the Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge and overlooking the St. Croix River, WCCC is the perfect partner for your organizational development needs.
